We got an inquiry about the pet food packing machine from a UK client. He showed us photos of his pet food product and needed machines that could pack 1-15kg per bag(1kg,2kg,5kg,7kg,10kg,15kg).

Our Solution

Packaging machines for premade bags are typically designed for specific weight ranges, and very few models can accommodate the entire 1-15kg packaging range. We will recommend packing machines based on two packaging weight ranges.

1.1-5KG pet food: 8-station premade pouch packing machine, multi-head weigher, work platform, “‘Z” shape feeding conveyor, speed at 30 pouches if 1kg, 10-15 pouches if 5 kg.

2.7-15KG pet food: Horizontal premade bag packing machine, 2-head free fall weigher, work platform, feeding conveyor, speed at 2-5 bags if 15kg.
