Due to the increase in production volumes, a company from Uzbekistan is searching for powder stick package equipment. They are specialized in human supplements & nutrition for more than 15 years.
1. 8-10 lane stick packing machine
Filling product – micro granular powder
Filling weight- from 1.5 g to 15 g
Size of the stick pack – the width is 24 mm, and the length is adjustable for different our products, but the maximal length is 150 mm
Options:
1) Easy-open features like tear notch
2) Inkjet printer (two lines data: batch # – first line & manufacturing date – second line)
2. V-type powder mixer (Barrel volume 300-500L)
3. Stick sorting machine (with stick counting function)
4. The equipment must go through the door to the processing room – the door and vestibule size is 1900mmx 1450mm (Height x Width). If the equipment cannot be brought in as a whole, specify which parts can be disconnected and then reassembled in the room.
