 We recently received a specific request from a India customer seeking an Automatic Bag Insertion Machine for their packaging line.

  • Application: Automatic insertion of a polythene bag into the carton after case erection
  • Required Speed: 8–10 cartons per minute
  • Carton Size: 430 mm (L) × 280 mm (W) × 400 mm (H)
  • Machine Type: Standalone machine (no integration with existing equipment is required.

Working process:

  1. The bag-opening mechanism quickly picks up the pre-cut film bag and opens the bag mouth. Meanwhile, the lifting tray automatically raises the carton to fit the excess bag material neatly over the carton bottom.
  2. The bag-folding mechanism folds the bag mouth, and the lifting tray moves to wrap the bag opening over the carton rim.
  3. The carton is lowered back onto the conveyor and transferred to the pressing station, where a blower inflates the bag to make it cling to the inner walls of the carton, completing the perfect bagging process.

  1. The carton bagging machine operates with servo motors and pneumatic cylinders in coordination, ensuring fast and stable performance.
