Automatic bagging and vacuum sealing machine for clothing from CA
We got an inquiry email recently, that’s as follows.
I need to fold t-shirts up to a stack of 12 (if this is too big for the machine that is ok) I can use it for small stacks. I just need to know the maximum, or the range of bag sizes it can take.
I also fold single sweaters and hoodies within a bag.
The bag size
27cm x 38cm
33cm x 40.6cm
35cm x 45cm
Stacks of T-shirts range from 1 to 12
Most importantly air out Because we need the shipping package to be as small as possible.
The bag size for 12 pcs Stacks of T-shirts is 35 x 45 cm, Max height 24cm
But we manually pack these, and getting them in the bag is a tight fit.We may even try 40 x 45cm.
I already have a machine to fold cloth insert bag and seal, but it still leaves some air in the bag, so I would like to add the vacuum seal part only. I can take off the sealing unit from the current machine.
Our Solution
Based on your bag size range, the dimensions are close but slightly larger, almost reaching the maximum capacity of our machine. The maximum bag height is 10 cm, so it’s not possible to stack 12 pieces per bag, as that would be too thick. If you use a machine, the bag size will be slightly larger than the one you manually insert. Additionally, if you need to vacuum seal the bag, you won’t be able to use the double stick bag; it will need to be sealed with a machine.
For the vacuum sealing part, we have two options for you.
One option is to add this vacuum machine: Double Chamber Vacuum Packing Machine. You would need to manually place the bag into the machine chamber for vacuum sealing. This machine can seal bags with a maximum height of 120 mm, and the speed is approximately 4 to 6 bags per minute.
The second option is that we can provide the vacuum sealing component tailored to your current machine’s belt width, height, and speed.
Normally we need the below information to ensure the machine model for you.
1 Picture for the cloth
2 Size of the cloth before folding and finished folding
3 How to fold the cloth
4 how many pcs of the cloth
5 Picture for the bag, is it with double stick glue?
6 What’s the thickness of your bag, is it soft or hard?
7 Is there static electricity?
8 Do you need a machine to make a bag or is it a pre-made bag?
9 Size of the bag
10 Do you only need to push some air out from the bag or need a vacuum sealing effect
11 It’s better if you can manually fold the cloth insert the bag, and make a small video for this process.
