This Automatic Packaging Machine is suitable for filling and sealing various containers, including wide-mouth plastic cups, bowls, and boxes, used for products like yogurt, jelly, pudding, milk, lactic acid drinks, tofu, mineral water, and semi-fluid pastes.
The Cup Sealing and Filling Line operates fully automatically: Cup placement → Quantitative filling → Single-sheet film placement → Sealing → Finished product output.

Liquid and Solid Filling Machine Features:
- The machine uses frequency conversion speed control and high-quality components from famous brands ensuring stable performance and reliability.
- The machine is made of 304 stainless steel. Molds are made from acid- and alkali-resistant aluminum alloy and the main drive chain is thickened by 3mm stainless steel.
- Cups are automatically placed into position.
- The filling system uses two sets of multi-head electronic combination scales, with each scale filling two cups. The electronic scales include a fixed platform and an elevator.
- The main unit length must be adjusted to accommodate the combination scale length.
- Cylinders lift finished products above the template surface and then move them to the conveyor belt via lateral cylinders.
- Key positions are operated via a touchscreen human-machine interface for operators to use easily.
- Protective covers are installed on conveyors and rotating parts, and fasteners include anti-loosening devices.
