A client needs a bag inserter and cable tag fixing machine for drum containers. The below-mentioned is the operation that is followed for the container packing.
1.polybag insertion into the container( single/double depends on the container )
2. filling of the product into the container
3. cable tag fixing to polybag
4. leaflet insertion into the container
5. lid fixing to the container
6. batch code printer

50/60 KG:- 3 CPM

For the 20 kg containers, single polybag insertion is used, while for the 30/50/60 kg containers, double polybag insertion is required. In all cases, a cable tag fixing mechanism is necessary.

Our solution

It would help if there were two sets of machines: one set for 20 kg and 30 kg containers, and another set for 50 kg and 60 kg containers.
