| Remark | The white cardboard used weighs 250-350 g/m² with creasing depth typically between 0.4mm-0.5mm, requiring glue-sealed edges without adhesive overflow that might cause box sticking, and must feature pre-folding; manual box opening proves impossible for forming, while machines would consequently fail to open such boxes. |

The machine’s external dimensions may vary slightly depending on the size of the carton and product.
Machine Key Features:
- The equipment automatically suctions and opens cartons, sprays glue to seal the bottom, and outputs with single-sided forming.
2. Operators manually load the product (ensuring materials do not exceed the carton’s folding edges), then place the carton onto the conveyor line as required. The machine then automatically folds the ears, inner flaps, sprays glue, folds the outer flaps, and completes sealing.
3. Due to the small size of the cartons, customization is required, making compatibility with other sizes impossible.
