Sorting mechanism： It’s different from the previous design, now the belt does not need to stop, always moving, speeds faster, and the distance when pushing the 6 pcs of bottles is shorter, so avoid the bottles falling during push, the machine is stable performance. 3M straight line belt with half-turn processing, 4 cylinders control the sorting device like video. Cylinder D at the bottom, raise and down the baffle, when the sensor detects they are 2 bottles in one line the baffle falls, Cylinder A pushes the 2 bottles forward, and the second 2 bottles, and third 2 bottles when it’s 2*3 bottles then Cylinder B will stop the coming bottle from the belt, and Cylinder C will push the 6 bottles into the box loading position.

Belt shelf for the box： This design is smooth， the box can fall naturally. When the box is almost finished and lower than the sensor position the machine will alarm and remind you to add the box in time, so avoid the machine stopping working and waiting worker to add box material.
