• Our Fine-Tuning Process:
  • Magazine Calibration: We adjust the side guides and pusher to match the exact stack dimensions of your carton blanks, ensuring smooth, consistent feeding without drag or misalignment.
  • Suction Cup Optimization: Based on your carton’s size, weight, and surface coating (glossy, matte, or laminated), we select the ideal suction cup material and pattern. We then fine-tune vacuum pressure and cup alignment to achieve a secure, distortion-free pick every time.
  • Opening Mechanism Sync: The trajectory and speed of the opening arms are calibrated to gently but decisively form a fully squared and ready carton. This foundational step is critical for achieving high-speed cartoning stability and preventing the most common line stoppages.

2. Product Infeed & Placement Precision

This is where your product meets the box. Synchronization is everything. Our goal is gentle, precise placement.

• Our Fine-Tuning Process:
  • Using your actual product samples, we calibrate the timing between the product conveyor and the carton conveyor. The product must arrive at the exact moment the carton is open and stationary.
  • We configure the pusher or placement mechanism (fingers, belts, etc.) to handle your product’s fragility and shape—whether it’s a delicate cosmetic carton or a rigid bottle.
  • For multi-lane feeding, we meticulously set lane dividers and orienting devices so that products are aligned perfectly for insertion. This eliminates tumbling or misplacement that leads to jams.

3. Closing & Sealing System Calibration

A poorly closed box is a rejected package. We tune the closing system for security and aesthetics.

  • For tuck-style cartoners, we adjust the tuck-in arms and folding plates to apply the ideal pressure—firm enough for a secure lock, gentle enough to avoid crushing the carton or damaging the product inside.
  • For hot melt glue systems, we optimize the glue pattern, temperature, and nozzle timing. We ensure the compression belts or plates apply even pressure for an instant bond without oozing.
  • Adjust the carton size, turn the turntable 3 to adjust the lifting of this mechanism to match the height of the replaced carton, and adjust the hand wheel 2 to match the length of the replaced carton.
  • We run dozens of cycles and perform “drop tests” to guarantee the seal meets both machine performance and end-user unboxing experience standards.

4. Motion Control & Drive System Optimization
