1.1 Introduction:
This machine adopts a weighing-based filling method, providing high filling accuracy, and setting and adjusting the filling volume is very convenient. The machine is ingeniously designed, with additional features such as a bag mouth fixing mechanism, a cover pressing mechanism, and a switching mechanism between the cover pressing and filling systems. These features allow the machine to press the cover without moving the soft bag after filling, solving the problem of not being able to move the soft bag before pressing the cover. This design is particularly suitable for the filling and cover pressing of soft bags used for edible oil, maltose syrup, egg liquid, oil products, alcoholic beverages, and other liquids.
1.2 Equipment Composition:
This machine consists of a stainless steel frame, weighing pan, electrical control system, automatic filling and cover pressing system, and other components.
1.3 Main Performance Features:
① The machine’s frame, shell, and other major components are made of 304 stainless steel. The parts that come into contact with materials are mainly made of 304# stainless steel and food-grade plastics. The design is aesthetic, easy to clean, and maintain, meeting food hygiene requirements.
② The pneumatic components are mainly from Taiwan AIRIAC products, and the PLC controller and other key electrical components are from well-known domestic and international brands, ensuring reliable quality, low failure rates, and durability.
③ The machine features an automatic peeling function and can automatically complete the entire filling and cover pressing process once started, with a high degree of automation.
④ The required filling weight can be set freely within the design range, and the setting and adjustment are intuitive and quick.
⑤ The machine features a dual-speed filling system (fast and slow), preventing overflow and ensuring filling accuracy.
⑥ It uses a weighing-based filling method, ensuring high filling accuracy.
⑦ It has an automatic lid picking and pressing function. The filling and cover pressing are completed at the same position, making it convenient to use.
⑧ Specially designed clamping positions are added to hold the bag mouth in place. The lid picking, filling, and cover pressing are all done at the same clamping position, unaffected by the softness or hardness of the bag.
⑩ All parts of the machine that come into contact with materials are made of high-temperature resistant materials, enabling it to handle materials with temperatures up to 95°C.
1.4 Main Operational Flow:
Manual bag loading into the clamping position → Turn on the switch → Automatic lid picking → Automatic vacuum extraction (optional) → Automatic weighing and filling → Automatic cover pressing → Manual bag unloading → Manual boxing.
