Cup Filling and Sealing Machine for Ice Cubes

One customer needs a cup filling and sealing machine. One that can put ice cubes in the cup. It also has to produce a minimum of 2.000 cups an hour.
The cups:
Around 90-95mm at the Top
Around 60mm at the bottom
Around 12 cm in height
Around 100 grams in one cup,16 oz cups. Cup placement, filling, sealing with film, and capping.

The machine includes automatic cup feeding, cup measurement and filling, automatic film unwinding, automatic inkjet coding (inkjet printer to be provided by the customer), first floating sealing, automatic deviation correction, second floating heat sealing, automatic cutting, automatic capping, and automatic cup ejection and pushing. The machine adopts mechanical, pneumatic, and combined pneumatic transmissions to achieve a high-efficiency, fully automated production line with low failure rates.

Processing and Material Selection Requirements
1 Molds
 Customized molds based on the buyer’s sample specifications; film arrangement template according to buyer’s samples.
 Material: LF21 high-density, acid-resistant stainless aluminum** (produced by Guangzhou Aluminum Factory).
2 Conveyor Chain
 10A-1 short-pitch precision roller stainless steel conveyor chain (processed per GB/T 1243 standard), 3mm-thick double-strand chain.
 Green PE-lined guide rails.
 Stainless steel sprocket shafts and sprockets.
 Stainless steel bearings and bearing seats, with adjustable chain tension.
3 Drive System
 Gear reducer: Helical gear reducer (made in Guangdong).
Motor: Servo motor.
Drive chain: Double-strand transmission chain.
4 Cup Feeding System
Fork-lift + lifting mechanism** for cup feeding.
Smooth cup transfer without jamming.
Cup magazine**: Made of *stainless steel bars*, height **500mm. Cup feeding plate: 14mm-thick high-density, acid-resistant stainless aluminum, sandblasted surface.
5 Granular Material Filling System
Measuring cup discharge.

6 Film Unwinding System (Sealing Film Unroll)
Stainless steel thick-walled tube** for film shaft, with quick-release cone-shaped film holder.
Axial micro-adjustment** for film shaft.
Includes film debris collection tray to prevent debris from falling onto cups.
Support structure** on the other end of the film shaft.

7 Scrap Edge Winding System
Torque-controlled winding. Simple stainless steel bar structure for winding.
8 Inkjet Coding System
Laser coding** (coding machine to be provided by the buyer), with pre-installed signal interface for coding machine integration.

    Independent temperature control** for each sealing head, 4 temperature zones per group (8 zones total) for precise temperature regulation.

    Head frame and machine body welded as one unit** for enhanced rigidity. Support plate made of stainless steel + nylon composite for stability and wear resistance.
    Two mold spacers between first and second seals** for easy maintenance.
    10 Automatic Capping System
    Cap holder**: Made of *LF21 high-density, acid-resistant stainless aluminum* (Guangzhou Aluminum Factory), with integrated cap magazine, sandblasted surface for premium appearance.
    Vacuum suction capping**, using *vacuum generator. Pneumatic cylinder lifting mechanism for cap placement.
