A client inquired about a machine to fill vanilla sugar and baking powder into 75*70mm 4-sided sealed sachets. They want to know if it can handle free-flowing products like sugar and non-free-flowing products like flour, packaged separately at different times.
Our Solution
- VFFS machine with a double-filling head
Use the volumetric cup when packing granulated vanilla sugar and auger filler when packing baking powder. The VFFS machine automatically makes bags from a film roll, fills, seals, and cuts. Packing speed is about 30-60 bags per minute.
