Common problems and solutions for Shrink Wrap Packing Machine

1. The film of the shrink wrap packaging machine is easy to shift during the packaging production and cannot be fed normally, which will make the machine unable to heat and shrink the product normally, then the position of the film roll and the tension balance bar can be adjusted. If the two are invalid and can be solved by adjusting the angle of the upper triangle plate. If the upper film deviates from the clamping chain, the upper triangle plate can be adjusted clockwise; if the lower film deviates from the clamping chain, the upper triangle plate can be adjusted counterclockwise. This resolves the problem.

2. When the shrink wrap packaging machine is in packaging production, the packaging part heats up slowly or cannot reach the standard temperature (above 160 degrees Celsius). This problem can make the packaging fail to achieve the intended packaging purpose. The heating process depends on the heater. The main power supply line of the heater should be checked first. The heater line is that the main power supply line passes through a magnetic switch and then goes to the electric heating tube. Therefore, it is necessary to check whether the contacts of the magnetic switch are normal. The above phenomenon occurs when the line does not pass through one of the phases. If the magnetic switch is normal, you can check the meter again to see if the ohm value of each phase is the same as that of the machine. If normal it should be short-circuit. If all phases are connected but the circuit or electric heating tube is still abnormal, the heater needs to be replaced.

3. When multi-object cluster packaging is performed, the equipment cannot detect the packaged objects, which will cause damage to the packaging during packaging, so that the packaging work cannot be carried out. This happens because the packaging machine is performing cluster packaging but the gap affects the detection of the electric eye. It is only necessary to adjust the detection angle of the electric eye to an oblique angle to avoid the above phenomenon.
