Components and Functions
1. Feeding System:
Hopper: Stores bulk hardware items and feeds them into the system.
Vibratory Feeder: Ensures hardware items are evenly distributed and oriented for further processing.
2. Weighing and Sorting System:
Multi-Head Weigher: Precisely weighs hardware items and ensures the correct amount is dispensed for each bag.
Magnetic or Mechanical Sorters: Align and sort items, especially if they need to be in a specific orientation.
3. Bagging Machine:
Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) Machine: Forms bags from a roll of film, fills them with the weighted hardware, and seals them.
Pre-made Pouch Machine: Optionally uses pre-made bags instead of forming them from a film roll.
4. Conveyor System:
Transport Conveyor: Moves filled and sealed bags to the next stage of packaging.
Sorting Conveyor: Directs bags to the appropriate locations for boxing.
5. Boxing Machine:
Box Erector: Automatically forms boxes from flat stock.
Box Filler: Places filled bags into the erected boxes in a specified arrangement.
Box Sealer: Seals the filled boxes, readying them for shipping.
6. Control System:
PLC (Programmable Logic Controller): Controls the entire line, ensuring synchronized operation of all components.
HMI (Human-Machine Interface): Allows operators to monitor and control the packaging line, adjust settings, and troubleshoot issues.
Options: Printer, Labeling Machine, Checkweigher, Strapping Machine.
