It’s fully automatic counting and packing machine for Furniture kit and hardware spare parts like screw , bolt, nut , washer, spring, plug.High precise and fast , save the labor cost for you. Widely used in fasteners , hardware, furniture, bathroom filed.
You only need to put the spare parts into the hopper and roll film on the packing machine, set in the quantity that you need to in bag and open the machine. Machine will automatic counting the spare parts and make the film to be bag , filling the spare parts into bag , sealing and cut . Lot number or other printing information is optional device.

1、 Main transmission part
Consist with sealing CAM, small gear, signal wheel and other components.Sealing CAM will show the action sealing and cut off through tumbler working .small gear drive power to metering components, the signal wheel will provide count signal and action time to PLC for pulling bag .
2、Bag pulling mechanism
It controlled by the pulling motor, when you finished the bag length setting, the pulling step motor will pulling the setting bag length what you set for the machine sealing and cutting.
3、Bag former part
Make from stainless steel 304 .Different film width will need different bag former
4、Film feeding part
The paper/film supply structure consists of film axes, film stepper motors, signal axis, and other components, it primarily responsible for supplying and pulling packaging film to the packages. The signal axis is controlled by the sensor, when it give the signal to the stepper motor, the stepper motor will give the running machine a cycle paper/film supplying.
5、Sealing Mould adjustment
The distribution of axial CAM driver to the Photoelectric eyes，make drive shaft open and close periodicity , make sealing working and cutter open and close action to achieve sealing and cut off .
6、Photoelectric eye device

The adjustment of the Photoelectronic Eye just make sure the Photoelectronic Eye can correctly detect the color control patch, the requirements that the space between the Photoelectronic Eye and the color control patch is about 10mm, the indicator light will on when the color control patch detected by the Photoelectronic Eye, otherwise it is off, between the color of color control patch and film color, if the color is similar, you should adjust the sensitive adjustment of the Photoelectronic Eye.
Each part adjustment
1 、Speed adjust：
The machine speed has been adjusted slowly before they leave the factory. If you want to improve the packaging speed in the process of operation, you can adjust the knob. The speed should be determined by the bag-making, filling and sealing, and so on. On the contrary of the higher speed will be slow down by turning left of the knob.
2 、Temperature adjustment
With different packaging materials, we should set the suitable temperature on the temperature controller. General reference of temperature as follow:

The horizontal sealing temperature always higher than the vertical sealing temperature by 10°C. After the temperature setting is suitable for the sealing, we can see the temperature is suitable or not. It cannot seal tightly if the heat sealing temperature is low; it will be folded if the temperature is high. Thus, we should have an adjustment on the temperature.
3、Bag length adjustment
When Packing material proper installation , temperature suit for the sealing requirements, input data on setting can be adjust bag length.
4、Bag former adjustment
The install of bag former is required to vertical to the packaging film/paper roll. And the mixture center line of the bag former will overlap with the vertical sealing bar. Otherwise, it may have the wrong side or fold. The front and back side of bag former can ensure that the pulling bag wheel is pressed on the vertical sealing line.
Loose the bolts on the bag former, move to left or light to adjust the position of the bag former until it set at a right place.
The bag former should be move step right if the fault like right chart.

5、Cutter adjudtment
Loose the screw and bolt of left knife and right knife .the right cutter is floating and left cutter is tie .At the same time, the right cutter and left cuter can be move up and down .It can be adjustmrnt cutter spring by loose and tie screw .the working principle just like
scissors. loose or tie the springs for the pressure, and then tie the bolts back, start the machine to check the cutting, make the adjustment until the cutting is good for your your bags.
6、Heat sealing mould adjustment
To adjust the heat sealing device require the left or right is flat on both side of heat sealing device, and the left of heat sealing device should face to the center. We can move position to adjust the vertical length of bag-making when the pressure is equal and vertical sealing is parallel to the fold of forming bag.
The method just like the picture, to loose the pull tight screw slightly, so it can be moving and leaning around with facing the heat sealing device. Each heat sealing device has three screws which is to pay the role of adjusting leveling and tightly. Each part can be adjusted when the screw rotates out or in by loosing.
