It’s fully automatic counting and packing machine for Furniture kit and hardware spare parts like screw , bolt, nut , washer, spring, plug.High precise and fast , save the labor cost for you. Widely used in fasteners , hardware, furniture, bathroom filed.
You only need to put the spare parts into the hopper and roll film on the packing machine, set in the quantity that you need to in bag and open the machine. Machine will automatic counting the spare parts and make the film to be bag , filling the spare parts into bag , sealing and cut . Lot number or other printing information is optional device.

Repair
Pls filling oil in the hole and gear injection position on time.
Reducer is prohibited for working without oil, For the first time ,machine need to change the lubrication to swim after working for 40 hours .Then keep to change every 3 month .

Pls clean the machine after finishing using everyday,clean the packing items to avoid humid and affect the next working performance.
Pls check the fasten screw on time to ensure the stable working.
Pls keep the photoelectric clean.
Electrical parts should be paid attention to moisture proof and Dust.
Maintenance and Repair
After a long time using please add gear oil or grease to the engine parts.
Gearbox No-oil operation is strictly forbidden, running for the first time after a 40-hour, it need to replace lubrication, then every oil change for three months.
Every day after producing, please clean the dust and the rubbish on/inside or around the machine.
Make sure that the machine at a dry place without moisture.
For the Air booster, please keep it clean without dust and water.
Make the screws are tied up before producing, especially the screws of the vibration plate.
Keep the electronic eye/color marker and the lights lean, without no dust.
Safe first, make sure you operate the machine at a safe situation.
General equipment maintenance includes routine maintenance, scheduled maintenance, periodic inspection and precision inspection, lubrication and cooling system maintenance is also an important element of equipment maintenance.
Equipment daily maintenance work is the foundation of equipment maintenance, must be institutionalized and standardized.
