This is the product, it’s a plastic collar that has two sides and gets packed with some bolts and screws
So the max width will be 100 mm
And max height is 135 – 140 mm
for the screw packaging
The minimum bolt size is: 8*40mm
The max bolt size is 8*70mm
( if 8*70 is too high it’s not a problem, please consider the max height as 8*50 )

Our Solution
One set machine for packing screws and nuts, One set flow pack machine for the big black spare pat, according to your product size and height, you need 600 model. when you manually put the black part on the conveyor together with the finished screw nut bag.

Another option is we add 2 hoppers beside the wrap position of the horizontal wrap machine , so only need one person put the black part on the wrap machine and hopper directly automatically feeding the pcs of nut and bolt close to the black part, horizontal wrap machine wrap and sealing them together . Save one set packing machine and save one step for manual put screw and nut bolt bag.

1-Do you do on site installation? and what would be the related costs of it?
We have made the installation video for the machine in steps , pls see below link.

When you receive the machine, and prepare for the installation, you can check the video first then we can have the online face video to install the machine together if you need. No cost.

2-What technical documents do you provide for maintenance, installation, documentation… etc?
Pls see the attached manual book .

3-how fast and how costly can we get spare parts in case we need them? and what spare parts come with the machine?
Normally about 3~7 days according to different spare parts. Pls see the spare parts price in quotation. We will send one more set heating tube and one pc tool box.

4-How is your technical support ( in case of a breakdown what are your procédures)?
we will make the test video and installation operation video as well as the user manual .
we have wechat after service team , if any problem you can send the problem in the wechat our engineer will reply on time. If still unable to solve,we can send the technicians, all expense arising (including round ticket ,visa fee, accommodation…) and US$200/day for our technician as daily labor charge should be cover by customer.
