Automatic L bar sealers

The sealing knife is made of a Teflon-coated anti-stick and high-temperature resistant alloyed knife, the sealing will not crack, will not coke, will not emit smoke, and zero pollution.
According to different products, it is equipped with photo-eye detection, with one set for horizontal or vertical detection, which is convenient for switching and selection.

Using the original “OMRON” digital temperature controller with a built-in PID function, the temperature of the sealing knife is extremely sensitive and accurate and can be set at will. The sealing knife itself also has an automatic protection function, which can effectively prevent miscut packaging, and has an automatic alarm function, which greatly improves the safety of the operator.
The whole set of machines truly realizes the unmanned operation connected with the production line, and the specially designed upper and lower synchronization mechanism of the film can correct the deviation of the film.

Automatic Side Sealer

The horizontal knife in the sealing part adopts a vertical drive, and the vertical knife adopts a constant temperature side sealer. The sealing line is straight and firm to achieve a beautiful sealing effect.
The constant temperature heating sealing and the cutting system can be used to seal and cut various industrial standard shrink films such as POF. Products with different packaging specifications and sizes can be completed only by adjusting the hand wheel, which increases reliability and is easier to operate.
The vertical knife can do the sealing and cutting action sustainably, and the product length is not limited.
The machine adopts a PLC controller, and the sealing and cutting system can continuously and smoothly perform sealing action without replacement, and the maintenance operation is very simple.
Feeding length control by the combination of electric eye detection and timer, the length of the film is precisely controlled, making the shrinkage effect easier to control.
A total of two sets of horizontal and vertical sensors are installed, which is convenient for switching and selection. For thin or small packages, the sealing and packaging operation can be easily completed.
The automatic handle of the waste material, controlled by a separate motor, will not be too loose or too tight and crack, and the waste is easy to disassemble.
An automatic air-blowing function can be added according to customer needs.
The front-end power feeding line and rear-end unpowered storage platform can be selected as required.
