• First Stage (Fruit): A rotary measuring cup filler with wide-flow passages handles semi-viscous products and large particulates. It gently deposits the precise amount of fruit into each 4oz cup without macerating the product. This is the ideal solution for producers needing fruit cup packaging machinery.
• Second Stage (Juice): Immediately following the fruit deposit, the liquid filler accurately doses the juice to reach the exact 118ml volume, ensuring weight compliance. The system maintains ±1% accuracy, reducing product giveaway.
