Application:

How Air Displacement System Works

How the vacuum replacement system works

In the state of the fully enclosed vacuum chamber, vacuum replacement uses a vacuum pump to evacuate the vacuum chamber to form a high vacuum in the vacuum chamber, and then fills with a suitable fresh-keeping gas, and seals to complete the fresh-keeping packaging effect.

Advantages: It is recommended to use the vacuum replacement type for mass production, which saves gas costs compared with the airflow replacement type. For example, for cooked food products, the gas is replaced after vacuuming, the fresh-keeping effect is better, and the gas replacement rate reaches 99.5%.
