The 8-station process is designed for powder applications:

• Station 1 (Bag Feeding): Empty pouches are picked from an adjustable-width magazine, and air jets separate them to prevent sticking.
• Station 2 (Bag Opening): Vacuum suction cups and mechanical fingers fully open the pouch mouth.
• Station 3 (Filling & Dust Control): A sensor verifies the pouch is open. The filling hopper then dispenses the powder, while an integrated vacuum system removes dust.
• Station 4 (Product Compaction): A vibration unit settles the powder to eliminate air gaps and ensure a tight fill.
• Station 5 (Pouch Mouth Cleaning): Residual powder on the pouch opening is brushed and vacuumed away to ensure a strong seal.
• Station 6 (Pre-Seal Check): A material sensor checks if the pouch is filled. Only filled pouches proceed to sealing; empty ones are rejected.
• Station 7 (Air Extraction): A sponge extrusion device removes excess air from the pouch, making it easier for carton packing.
• Station 8 (Double Sealing & Output): Two sealing bars (one with horizontal stripes, one with mesh pattern) create a durable and attractive seal. Finished pouches are then discharged onto the outfeed conveyor.

Answer: If the distance from the zipper centerline to the top edge of the pouch is < 28 mm, with a round hole / European hole design, a pneumatic zipper opening is used-Vacuum + mechanical fingers. If the distance from the zipper centerline to the top edge of the pouch is ≥ 30 mm, servo motor zipper opening is used.

2. Q: Dosing System for 250g & 500g powder

Answer: To improve filling accuracy and speed, we offer a customised solution combining volumetric cup dosing with auger precision:

• A custom measuring cup can be integrated with the traditional auger filler.
• For example, for a 500g target weight, a 450g measuring cup can be used for fast bulk filling, and the remaining 50g is then precisely dosed by the servo auger.
• This two-stage approach ensures high speed while maintaining accuracy.

3. Q: Maximum and minimum pouch sizes supported.
A: For Model 200 supports a wide pouch size range width of 80–200 mm × length 100–350 mm, covering the customer’s required dimensions of 130×220 mm and 160×250 mm.
