Printing and labeling machine is a type of equipment that can print dynamic data on labels in real-time and attach them to products or packaging. It consists of two parts, a labeling machine and a printing device that can be connected to a computer (such as a thermal or inkjet printer).

Our machine uses thermal transfer technology, images and text are printed on labels via a thermal print head and a thermal transfer ribbon. Provide more durable and water-resistant labels, widely used in all walks of life to improve production efficiency and information management level.

 Connection Instructions:

1. Install the printer driver on the on-site computer and set the printer as the default printer.

2. Use barcode software to edit the label content.

3. Send the data to the printer through the printing operation.

4. The printer will print the label and store it in the print buffer.

5. When the product reaches the labeling position, the leading edge of the label on the dispense board will be affixed to the packaging. At the same time, the peel-off mechanism will immediately remove the labeled product.

Requirements for labels 

1. Labels should be in roll format, single row, with a gap of 2-3mm between each label.

2. The margin between the label and the release paper: 2-3mm.

3. Label backing material: Glassine paper.

4. Label die-cut precision: ±0.2mm, ensuring no damage to the backing paper.
