Packaging machine for nitrile and latex gloves customer from Argentina
Customer’s Requirement：
- Standard inner box 198mm x 110mm x 65mm, but the machine should be able to adjust to other sizes if needed. The sealing method should be primarily glue for the inner box.
- Standard outer box (10 inner) 330mm x 230mm x 210mm;(20 inner) 450mm x 330mm x 210mm, but the machine should be able to adjust to other sizes if needed.
- We have an outer box for 10 inners and 20 inners as well.
- Tape for outer box
- Pallet 1200mm x 1000mm
- Usually 7 layers. How to stack, you can give an idea
- Inner box around 500g, outer box (10) around 5 kilos, (20) around 10 kilos.
- Machine speed: 15 boxes per min. Capacity:50000~60000 boxes per day 24 hrs

Our machine can reach the speed, but it’s better to ensure the glove wrap in the bag is tight, as shown in the picture below, or it won’t be easy for the machine to push it into the box. You can add a shrink wrap machine to wrap the gloves first, then into the box and case.
And the normal bag easily gets stuck in the machine
