Tray Sealer Feature:

1 Food Grade 304ss.

Ensure it is durable in a heavy environment, also it is resistant to corrosion/rust.

2 Gas Mixer.

We supply a separate gas mixer outside of the tray sealer. Connect N2/CO2/02 with a gas mixer, it will automatically mix them with preset ratios. If you need to fill 3 kinds of gas then you need to add it.

3 Support Multi-mold.

Each tray size requires a mold. By replacing the mold, the machine supports to pack of different sizes of the tray.

4 Human Interface.

Users can set precise parameters with it. It is easy to set and has stable performance.

5 Manual Scrap Gather System.

Supply manual system to gather film scrap. It is easy to remove scraps off the support.

6 Emergency Stop.

Once press emergency stop, the machine stops immediately, safety guarantee.

7 Support Different Packing Mode.
