The ultrasonic welding machine is used to join materials using high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations. We mainly produce plastic welding series, metal welding series, and spin welding. It’s commonly used in automotive, electronics, medical, packaging, and textiles. Important components:

Generator: The generator is the power supply component of the ultrasonic welding machine, producing high-frequency electrical signals transmitted via cables to the transducer. The generator typically controls vibration frequency and power, making it crucial for the stability and quality of the welding process.

 

Transducer: A transducer is a device that converts electrical energy into mechanical vibrations.
These vibrations are transmitted to the welded joint via the connected vibration head, generating enough heat to melt the material and complete the weld. The design and quality of the transducer directly affect the vibration efficiency and stability.

Booster: The mechanical vibrations are then amplified by a booster, increasing their amplitude.

Horn and Anvil: The vibrations are transmitted through a horn that focuses and applies them to the welded materials. It can adapt to different shapes and sizes of the product. Anvil supports the product and provides back pressure.
