A customer from Pakistan is seeking a fully automatic solution for packing round tea bags with the following requirements:

Output Capacity: 30-40 bags per minute (BPM)
Bag Type: Round tea bags
Secondary Packaging- Flow Wrap Integration
The output from the tea bag packing machine should be automatically transferred to a flow wrap machine. Packing Format: A Bunch of 20 round tea bags in a single pouch 22 cm (Width) × 20 cm (Height).
Transfer Mechanism: Open to solutions – either via stacking system or conveyor-based transfer, as long as it remains fully automatic and labor-free
