Sealing and fully automatic plastic bag vacuum press machine In Vietnam
A customer from Vietnam, who is a manufacturer of masterbatch and compounding company. They are looking for a Sealing and fully automatic plastic bag vacuum press machine for aluminum and plastic bags.
They packing requirement, “M” type of aluminum bag. Thickness is 1.2mm; size is 45+13*82(cm). Each bag will hold 25kg. The total working time of the sealing and vacuum bag will be within 20 seconds.

WEQ-600F, the sealing head is fixed, adjust the lifting plate at the bottom to seal bags, the distance between lift plate and seal head is 300-900mm. It suitable for medium-sized packaging,and the produtct is not so heavy, because it need worker to lift bag to the plate.
2. Lifting external vacuum packaging machine, in case of In-line operation.
WEQ-600OL, the sealing head is adjustable, up and down(range 690-1420mm), also head tilt is adjustable from 0 to 90 degrees. It is suitable for different bag sizes, different packaging methods are selected for different packaging. In-line operation if adding a rolled conveyor.
