8-Head Shape Pouch Packing Machine Feature

The machine uses a touch screen and PLC control system, making operation intuitive and simple, with a low failure rate.
The dosing system is computer-controlled, allowing the volume of the material to be adjusted directly through the computer screen, completely avoiding the instability of mechanical dosing.
Sealing uses an intelligent temperature controller for precise temperature control, and the sealing is applied directly through a vertical bearing, ensuring more uniform pressure on the sealing head and a firmer seal, eliminating the instability and misalignment of swing-arm pressure adjustments.
The machine features 8 nozzles/eight heads for filling. Except for manual bag loading, the filling, sealing, and bag dropping are all completed automatically.
