Small premade bag packing machine for tea pwder and coffee bean customer from Thailand

Customer requirement

Product: Coffee bean, tea leaf, and powder product
Tea powder/ mixing powder will be 100-500 gr.
Tea leaf (ground) is 200-500 gr.
The coffee bean is 200-500 gr.
Different bag styles like pictured below
Speed requirement: below 10 bags per minute

Our solution

According to your products, you need 2 kinds of measuring devices. Coffee beans and tea leaves need weighing. Powder tea need screw measure. According to your bag style, you need 2 types of packing machines, one set is for a normal zip stand-up bag machine, and another is an 8-sided sealing stand-up bag.

As your capacity is not big but various bag styles and products so we suggest the below small premade bag machine. One set machine with 2 measure parts, weigher for coffee bean and screw for powder tea. You can change the measure parts in half an hour. Save costs for you and suitable for your situation.

Question 1: Is the machine able to transfer from a small bag to a big bag? What are the dimensions and speed? The packing machine can be change measure device switch between weigher and screw measure?

Answer: One machine can change size, width 100~200mm, Length 120~300mm. Please note that one machine with two measuring parts can pack powder tea and coffee beans at different times, but cannot pack them together.

Question 2: I will send you the empty bag (many sizes) and tea powder for you to test run.How many for each bag size?How many for tea powder?

Answer: Tea powder is for running tests on the machine for every bag size. The powder is 15 liters and 30 liters, and if you pack 500 grams, you use a 30-liter hopper.

Already tested with your powder, pls see the videos, accuracy is 0.5%, speed is about 15 bags per minute.

Question 3: Is that a Dust collector?

Answer: Yes, a dust collector is used when packaging powder to prevent dust from being caught in the sealing mold and causing the seal to become unstable.

Question 4: We need to add nitrogen while packing coffee beans. Does the machine come with this option?

Answer: Including nitrogen interface, not including nitrogen making machines

Question 5: By the way, if we go with a packing machine pouch bag style (stand-up bag, stand-up zipper bag), will you modify the connecting part for both filling systems? Linear scale and screw filling

Answer: Sure, we will have 2 different kinds of connecting parts for 2 different kinds of measuring parts, and make the operation video for you.

Question 6: According to the quotation, if the weight pack changes. Do we need to change discharge screw? Or able to adjust parameter of discharge screw?

Answer: this is screw for 50~500g
