A customer from Srbija is looking for a small weighing machine, to pack screws and nuts into a pillow bag. Screws from M3 to M8, Length is from 4mm up to 50mm.100pcs in each bag, and 1500 bags per shift 7 hours.

Our Solution 2 heads weigher with a packing machine.

Need to adjust weigher spare parts and touch screen parameters when changing different screws(length below 50mm) to adjust the accuracy. Speed is about 5~10 bags per min, accuracy is +/- 1~3 pcs or 1%~3% tolerance, normally is more, rarely less pcs—optional feeder and conveyor.
