    • Pallet Dimensions: 1130L x1430W mm x1160H mm
    • Can Dimensions:   87mm Diameter x 37L mm
    • Capacity: 200 Cans/ Minute
    • Pallet size: 1 m x 1.4mts
    • Installation Space Available: 2.4mts Lenght x 2mts Width

Our Initial Solution

For the Box Packaging Machine, we offer two loading methods: one utilizes a robot, and the other employs a simpler, more cost-effective module. However, the simpler module is not as fast as you require. Pls see below two kind of video.

For the Empty Can DePalletizer, we offer both semi-automatic, fully automatic models, and a new Magnetic depalletizer; please see the video for details.

However, the reserved space for both devices is insufficient and requires consideration. The customer has responded by consolidating all the information.

  • First, no longer need the can depalletizer due to space limitations.
  • Only need the can packer. We can increase the initial space requirements, focusing more on length than width.
  • The packing machine must have a working capacity of 3 to 5 boxes per minute and must include the following functions:
  • Conveyor belt for organizing filled cans
  • Suction arm for filling boxes
  • Conveyor belt for filled boxes
  • Intermediate paper insertion is not required
  • Box assembly is not required
  • Box sealing is not required
