A Fully Automatic Rollstock|Thermoforming Vacuum Packing Machine is packaging equipment used for food, pharmaceuticals, and other products. It wraps the product in a packaging chamber using stretch film and creates a vacuum environment by removing the air from the package.   1. Vacuum pouch packaging: The product is placed inside a specialized plastic bag which made from a Rollstock. By creating a vacuum environment, the air inside the bag is extracted, causing the bag to tightly adhere to the surface of the product, achieving a seal and preservation effect. Vacuum bag packaging is commonly used for packaging food items such as meat, seafood, and vegetables.

  2. Vacuum Skin Packaging(VSP): The product is placed on a tray made from a Rollstock, and another stretch film is used to tightly wrap the product and cover the tray. By creating a vacuum environment, the air above the tray is extracted, causing the stretch film to adhere closely to the product and the tray, providing stable protection and packaging. Skin tray packaging is often used for packaging large products, electronic devices, and other items.

  3. Modified Atmosphere Packaging(MAP): Similar to VSP, the product is placed on a tray made from a Rollstock, and another stretch film is used to wrap the product and the tray. The difference is that after the vacuum process, an appropriate gas combination, such as carbon dioxide, oxygen, and nitrogen, is injected into the package to modify the atmosphere, extending the product’s shelf life. Modified atmosphere tray packaging is commonly used for fresh food items, fruits, and vegetables that require a controlled atmosphere.

Here is a general working process of the machine:

Product Placement: Place the product to be packaged in the appropriate position inside the packaging chamber.

Stretch Film Supply: Pull out a section of stretch film from the Rollstock and convey it to the proper position inside the packaging chamber.

Stretch Film Formation: Stretch the film and heat it to a tray, and stretch another film with the appropriate tension on one side of the packaging chamber to ensure a tight wrap around the product.

Vacuum Processing: Once the stretch film is formed, the machine starts extracting the air inside the packaging chamber to create a vacuum environment. This is typically achieved using a vacuum pump or vacuum mechanism.

Sealing: Once the vacuum processing is complete, the machine seals the opening of the stretch film, ensuring the product’s airtightness. This is usually done through heating or other sealing methods.

Cutting and Separation: Depending on the requirements, the machine can perform cutting and separation operations to separate the sealed product from the film roll.
