Tray Folding Machine -Walker Lock Tray
An Egypt Company are currently working on automation of the manual folding of a tray, they folding rate is at 69 pcs/ min at 8 hours a day, walker lock 4 corner tray tuck and fold, they are seeking either a tray folding machine with size adjustability for our 3 patterns with a production capacity of at least 70 pcs/min, or folding machine with production capacity of 25 pcs/min to work 24/7.

Machine Feature:
1.The equipment automatically suctions the tray from the placement rack, folds the ears, and outputs the formed tray. It features a compact and rational structure, with simple operation and adjustment.
2.Equipped with servo/stepper motors, a touch screen, and a PLC programmable control system, the human-machine interface, it automatically displays performance parameters such as folding speed, quantity, and cause of malfunction,ensures clear and user-friendly operation, offering a high degree of automation and enhanced usability.
3.The machine is designed with compatibility in mind; however, the compatible range requires consultation, and the box-folding method for compatible paper box specifications must be consistent.
4.The body is constructed with high-quality stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum materials.
