Wrap Machine for Disposable Spoon from Malaysia

Customer Requirement:

Product： Spoon four kinds of sizes and shapes

Speed:8000 bags per hour, mainly packing the longer spoon

Need fully automatically sort, count, and pack the wrap

Our Solution:

We have tested with the samples, and the 3 kinds of short spoons can use the hopper for sorting and counting, speed can be about 100 pcs per min, for the longer spoon if it uses the hopper then the speed is about 30 pcs per min, you can add 4 hoppers and counting together so the speed is also about 100 bags per min. So, it means 5 hoppers with one horizontal wrap machine.

The second option is one hopper for the 3 short spoons at different times, for the longer spoon, you can manually sort a line put on our tray feeding device on the wrap machine so it will fully automatically pick from the tray and place it on the wrap machine for packing. The cost will be lower the the 5 hoppers but need to manually sort the longer spoon in a line.

The third option is a wrap machine with one set vision robot, belt connected with the Injection molding machine so the robot can fully automatically pick up the spoon on the belt anyway no need to manually sorting.
